• Employment history and curriculum vitae

• Any previous visa applications or refusals

• Any other information you choose to provide during consultations

• IP address, browser type and device information

• Pages visited and time spent on our website

• Referral source, including advertising campaign data

Sensitive information: Financial and identity documents are collected only where necessary for a university application or a visa • application, and only after you have engaged our services. We do not request such documents at the enquiry stage.

3. Why We Collect It

We use your information to assess your eligibility, to prepare and submit university applications, to prepare visa applications, to communicate with you about your case, to improve our services and website, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Who We Share It With

We share your information only where necessary to deliver the services you have engaged us for:

Universities and educational institutions to which you have expressly approved an application

Our education partner platforms, including ApplyBoard and Adventus, for the purpose of submitting applications

Embassies, consulates and government authorities where required for a visa application

Payment processors, for the sole purpose of processing a payment you have authorised

Professional advisers, including legal and accounting advisers, where required

Regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Consent Before Applications

We will not submit any application on your behalf, or share your documents with any institution, without your express written consent to the specific universities and courses concerned.

6. How Long We Keep It

Active client records: for the duration of your engagement and for five years afterwards

Enquiry records where no engagement follows: up to two years, after which they are deleted

Financial and transaction records: as required by applicable Pakistani tax and corporate law

7. How We Protect It

Access to client files is restricted to team members working on your case. Documents are stored in access-controlled systems. Staff are bound by confidentiality obligations. Payment card details are never stored by us; payments are processed by third-party providers.

No system is completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

8. Your Rights

You may at any time request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, ask us to delete your information subject to legal retention obligations, withdraw consent for marketing contact, or ask us to stop processing your information where you are not an active client.
