2. Nature Of Our Services
We are an education and immigration consultancy. We assist clients with university admission applications and student visa applications, primarily for the United States, and with alternative pathways where applicable.
We are consultants, not legal representatives. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes legal advice, and we do not represent clients before any court, tribunal, or immigration authority.
3. No Guarantee Of Outcome
This is the most important term in this document.
We do not and cannot guarantee university admission, visa approval, or any particular outcome. All admission decisions rest solely with the universities concerned. All visa decisions rest solely with the United States Embassy or Consulate, or with the relevant authority of another country.
Any statement by us regarding likelihood of success is a professional opinion based on the information you provide. It is not a promise, a warranty, or a guarantee.
If any person representing themselves as acting for Silverstone offers you a guaranteed visa, please report this to us immediately at [email protected].
4. Eligibility To Use Our Services
To engage our services you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and you must provide information that is accurate, complete and truthful.
5. The Services Agreement
Website enquiries, consultations and quotations do not create a contract for services.
A binding engagement begins only when you sign our written Services Agreement and pay the Application Processing Deposit. The Services Agreement sets out the full scope of services, fees, payment schedule, and obligations of both parties.
Where these Terms and a signed Services Agreement differ, the signed Services Agreement prevails.
6. Fees And Payment
Our fee structure is set out in full in the Services Agreement and summarised in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
All fees are denominated in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated
University application fees are collected on your behalf, billed at cost, and subject to a 12% service and transaction charge
Our consultancy fee is payable in instalments tied to milestones
Bank charges and currency conversion costs are borne by you
We issue a receipt for every payment received
We accept payment by bank transfer to our registered company account, in cash at our Lahore office against a written receipt, and by online card payment where available.
7. Your Obligations
By engaging our services you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete and truthful information at all times
Provide all required documents promptly when requested
Sign and return university and visa forms without undue delay
Give express written approval of the final university and course selection before any application is submitted
Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule
Attend scheduled consultations and your visa interview
Notify us immediately of any change to your personal circumstances or contact details
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide to us. We rely on that information and do not independently verify it.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not provide false, forged or misleading information or documentation to us, to any university, or to any embassy or consulate.
We will not assist with, arrange, or participate in the creation of financial documentation. Any funds shown in support of an application must be genuinely yours and genuinely available.
If we become aware that you have provided false information or fraudulent documents, we will terminate the engagement immediately, no fees will be refunded, and we may be obliged to notify the relevant institutions or authorities.
9. Our Obligations
We agree to provide honest, professional and timely services, to maintain the confidentiality of your information, to provide itemised billing for university application fees before collecting payment, to keep you informed of progress, and not to guarantee visa approval.
10. Document Release
Visa-related documents are provided to you as required throughout the visa process.
University admission documents that are not required for the visa application are released once all outstanding amounts have been settled in full.
11. Termination
You may terminate the engagement at any time by written notice to [email protected]. Refund treatment on termination is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We may terminate the engagement immediately where you have provided false or fraudulent information, where fees remain unpaid after written reminder, where you repeatedly fail to provide required documents or attend scheduled appointments, or where you behave abusively toward our staff.
Where we terminate for any of these reasons, fees already paid are not refundable.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total consultancy fees you have paid to us
We are not liable for the decisions of universities, embassies, consulates or any government authority
We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, including universities, embassies, courier services or payment providers
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, including loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, or costs incurred in reliance on an expected outcome
We are not liable for outcomes arising from information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including changes in immigration law or policy, embassy closures or suspension of visa services, natural disasters, civil unrest, or failures of internet or telecommunications infrastructure.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep information exchanged during the engagement confidential. We will not disclose your personal, financial or academic information to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law or where disclosure to a third-party service provider is necessary to deliver the services.
Our handling of personal information is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

We work with education partner platforms including ApplyBoard and Adventus to submit applications. We may also connect you with third-party service providers where relevant.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, service standards or fees of third parties. Any separate agreement you enter into with a third party is between you and that party.
19. Communications
By providing your contact details you consent to us contacting you by WhatsApp, SMS, email and telephone regarding your enquiry or engagement.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP or by emailing [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not affect service communications relating to an active application.
20. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us in writing at [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
21. Governing Law And Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed amicably between the parties. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or to the competent courts of Pakistan.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
23. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
